Returns and Exchanges must be received within 14 days. The return period spans chrome the day product is received by the customer until the day Horse Creek Outfitters receives the product back in store. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Horse Creek Outfitters. No call tag or return label will be included or issued to customers from Horse Creek Outfitters.
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The product must have original tags and must not have been worn, laundered, or layered from its original condition. If you’re returning boots or shoes that are in a box, they must be in a shopping box or wrapped to prevent damage to the original box or packaging.

You must complete our Merchandise Return Form before returning any merchandise to Horse Creek Outfitters.

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Customers with Returns/Exchanges have the following options:
- Refund original method of payment. Only if the item isn’t in original condition or not properly packaged and therefor damaged in shipping, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
- Exchange for a different item or the same item in a different size. The only expense is the cost of shipping the boots back to Horse Creek Outfitters. We ship your first exchange for free, any preceding exchanges you will cover the cost of shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shortages and Damaged Products
If you receive your package with missing or damaged items, you must report by phone or email the missing/damaged products within 3 days of receiving your package. Our email and phone number are listed below:
With a note on the packing slip/receipt stating what you’d like to exchange for. The shipping costs for the item being exchanged to be sent back to Horse Creek Outfitters is the buyer’s responsibility. Horse Creek Outfitters will ship the first exchanged item back to the customer for free.
